He was a native of Gallop, New Mexico and had been a resident of Sulphur for 8 years, coming from Colorado. Timothy enjoyed traveling, kayaking, and going to garage sales. He was a member of Life Church in Sulphur.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Kim Johnson of Sulphur; his daughter, Taylor M. Johnson of Sulphur; his sister, Judy Morgan of Tucson, Arizona; and a granddaughter, Brylin Ona Johnson Boykin. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wendell and Alda Johnson; and his brother, Terry Johnson.
A memorial gathering will be held from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, September 8, at Spirit of the Bayou, 411 Poole Street in Sulphur. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home.
