Tramaine Tyrell Carrier was born January 4, 1986 in Lake Charles, LA to Elizabeth Williams. He was raised in Vinton, LA where he attended Vinton High School and excelled on the basketball court. He was an avid sports fan and could be found watching basketball and college football. He proudly supported Alabama football, against the wishes of his two sons, who were LSU and Georgia Bulldog fans.
His greatest accomplishments in life were his kids, and loved nothing more than supporting Jaden at his football and basketball games. On the weekends he could be found tossing the football around with Traylen. His three daughters Aaliyah, Taylor and Tinsley were the center of his world and was never ashamed of being a “girl-dad”. He spent nights acting silly dancing in the living room, and loved to embarrass them. He was extremely overprotective and wanted nothing but the best for his kids. By his side for the past 16 years, was his "beautiful wife" Emily, as he always called her. He had so many hopes and dreams for their life together. He worked for MBP construction where he was described as a honest hard worker. He will be most remembered for his beautiful smile, infectious laughter, and spirited personality. He will live on in all five of his children. Our memories will keep him alive always.
Survivors include his wife, Emily Lane Carrier; his children, Jaden, Aaliyah, Traylen, Taylor, and Tinsley Carrier, all of Vinton; his mother, Elizabeth Williams and husband, Milton of Port Arthur, Texas; the mother of Jaden and Aaliyah, Brandi Chavis of Vinton; his siblings, Keith Rigmaiden and wife, Marynell of Vinton, Michael Carrier and wife, Shay of Port Arthur, Texas, Michelle Carrier and husband, Marcus of Beaumont, Texas, and Ambrosia Carrier of Port Arthur, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
