She was a native of New Haven, Connecticutt, and lived in Southwest Louisiana for 44 years. She enjoyed arts and crafts as well as spending time with her grandkids.
Survivors include her loving husband of 32 years, David W. Clement, Sr., of Sulphur; father, James J. Hackley, Sr. and his wife Patricia of Sulphur; daughter, Kayla Clement of Sulphur; sons, Michael Clement and his wife Rachel of Grand Lake, and David Clement, Jr., and his wife Sharita of Lake Charles; sister, Annie Hackley of San Diego, California; brothers Michael Hackley and wife Ladina of Baton Rouge, and James J. Hackley, Jr. of Homer; grandsons Sean Michael Clement and Kendall Ray Clement.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Annie Marie Hackley; sister, Joann Marie Chapman; grandparents, Ralph and Geraldine Hitchcock, Sr. and brother Ralphie Hitchcock, Jr.
Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 29, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial. Pastor Denny Vincent will officiate. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday, all in the funeral home.
