Wendy Irene Cooper

She was a native of New Orleans and had been a longtime resident of Sulphur. She was a graduate of the Sowela Nursing School and worked many years in home health care. Wendy enjoyed watching old game shows and live music, and spending time with her kids and grandpups.

Survivors include her children, Nicholas Sonnier and wife, Vanessa of Dothan, Alabama, Cadan Cooper of Sulphur, and Bethany Cooper of Sulphur; and her grandchildren, Bradley Sonnier, Mila Sonnier, Olivia Vinson, Maddie Edwards, Stallone Sonnier, and Branson LaFleur.
