Virgil Edward Anglin

Virgil Edward Anglin passed away March 18th and into the loving arms of his wife of 62 years, Joyce Marie (nee Norton), who proceeded him in death on May 14, 2009. He was one of six sons born to Arthur and Alice Anglin on June 10, 1929 in Wellington. Texas. He is survived by his daughter; Cheryl (Al) Prante, granddaughter-in-law, Susan Taylor, great-grandchildren; Lindsey and Luke Taylor, brother Arthur F. (Gladys) Anglin, brother-in-laws Bruce Norton and Dan Johnson, sister-in-law Betty Norton, and numerous nieces and nephews. Also proceeding him in death were sons; Jeffrey L. and Paul T. Anglin, and beloved grandson Nicholas E. Taylor. Virgil was a resident of Regency of Puyallup Care Facility prior to his passing. The family would like to thank them for their loving care and friendship. Also to special friend Ron Phillips, and to the 2nd floor cardiac wing staff at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup who are all special angels. Virgil will be truly missed by his family and all who knew him. A Celebration of Life will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 6th at Powers Funeral Home, 15124 Main Street in Sumner.
