

William Earl Randall Our beloved husband, father, Grandpa and Great-Grandpa passed away at the home of his daughter Jacki while being cared for by his wife and daughter on 12/4/2012. Born in Maida, ND on 11/11/1927, Bill was raised on the family farm. His first job was working on the railroad throughout MT and ND, at which time he befriended many people along the railroad where he worked and has remained friends for life with anyone he met. He met and married Gladys Idland, who also worked on the railroad, and they married in September of 1950. At this time he was also drafted into the Army and was shipped off to the Korean War to serve. Bill is survived by his wife of 62 years, Gladys of Sumner, WA, as well as sister Pearl (Pritchert) of Valley City, ND, and sister Evelyn (McDonald) of Langdon, ND. He is also survived by his children Loren of Missoula, MT, Jacki (Wanke) of Lake Tapps, WA, Roxy (Bailey) of Gillette, WY, and Wilma of Aberdeen, WA, and stepson Frank Bounting of Bozeman, MT. Surviving grandchildren include Shauna (Simons) of Lake Tapps, WA, Dusty (Bauer) of Bonney Lake, WA, Tom Randall of Missoula, MT, Krista (Kearns) of Seattle, WA, and Keegan Bailey of Gillette, WY. Great-grandchildren include Shania, Catera and Caeden Simons of Lake Tapps, WA, and his namesake William Kearns of Seattle, WA. He will be gone but not forgotten and will remain in our hearts forever. A celebration of his life will occur on Monday, 12/10/2012, at 2:00 PM at Powers Funeral Home in Sumner.
