Dominic Frank Colombo, born on March 12, 1923 in Cambria, Wyoming, died on September 28, 2017. Dom was the last survivor of seven children born to Antonio and Margharita of Cuorgne, Italy. Dom served in the US Army during WW II and saw action in England, France and Germany. Dom met and married his wife Constance (Connie) in 1953 whom he met while they were both employed by Ford Motor Company in Highland Park, MI. Dom retired from his accounting career at Ford after 40+ years of employment. Dom and Connie enjoyed many years of square dancing in Michigan and belonged to several square dance clubs. Dom was a gentle, kind and most generous man. Always friendly and smiling. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
