It rained and there was a rainbow in the sky on Wednesday, Sept 19th 2018, which means another good person reached Heaven safely and is happy today. My brother in law, Ed Johnson passed away from complications due to pneumonia. He was 94 years young. He was born April 28, 1924 in Spring Valley, Illinois. He was a WWII Army Veteran. He married my sister, Charlotte on May 6, 1951. They celebrated 67 years of marriage. He is survived by his loving wife Charlotte, his brother in law, Ed Seefeldt (Joan), sister in laws, Nancy King and Muriel Ornelis (Larry), many nieces and nephews, his favorite doggies, Bentley and Cooper. He was a maintenance supervisor for the Illinois GM Housing Authority for 37 years. Our family was very blessed for all the years and memories we had together. A private family ceremony
was held September 21.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to Friends of Youngtown Public Library
