I remember listening to your stories and adventures  and  always making us laugh . I couldn’t have asked for a better Papa for my children. You were always there to help when needed or just eat ice cream and watch cartoons . You showed them what  a great husband, father and grandfather  should be . Thank you for always being  there for me  and loving me like your  own . Your memory will live with us forever! Rest In Peace dad .. fly with the angels 

When we first moved in next door to George in 2014, he came over to talk to Mark and invite him to lunch at Tailgaters two days later. I came out and joined in the conversation thinking it was a couples lunch.  George didn't  say other wise. So we showed up for lunch and it was only the men, one of the guys said what is she doing here and George said " having lunch with us " .   He was sweet and kind as usual, he didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all.
He was just that kind of guy.

Papa, 
I still can't believe that you are really gone. I miss you more and more every day. I know you are watching over me and I could not be more thankful. I love you so so so much. I know you're in a better place now and not in pain any longer.  I will never forget you picking me up from school playing "Thrift Shop" or "Poker Face" and taking me to get ice cream. I love thinking about when I was little and would lay on your belly while sitting on the couch. I love you, my guardian angel. 

Of all the guy's in the Phoenix area to meet when retiring to Ventana Lakes, Peoria, AZ. I guess I was just "LUCKY" it was George-Bugs-Rabb-Thomas, my new neighbor across the street.  It turned into a 11 yr relationship other than just friendship. He became my "Brother from a different Mother", with a bonus of his wife Patty. It didn't take long for us to become family, and still are 11 yrs later. 11 yrs of laughter, good times for myself and wife Lori, being included in all of the Thomas Family events.

I have been truly Blessed to have had George as a loyal and devoted friend in my life. Never to be forgotten. George-Bugs-Rabb, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE "THE MAN'
