From our student days at Eastman, orchestral days in Oklahoma City/Dallas, and your visits to our house in New York, we hold close in our hearts cherished memories of our kind, loving, phenomenally talented, and caring good friend Helen.


Helen and Maurice opened their home to Ruby and me a couple years ago when I took this photo. She was a good friend for many years.  I imagine her spirit flying free and happy.

My luminous, gifted, and infinitely kind sister Helen. 
Every time you speak the word "love," be aware that the way she lived is part of the definition.
