Just heard today of Jeff's passing he visited us in Ireland 30 years ago We are sorry to hear the news from his 4th cousin Brian Gosnell Eakin 

Jeff will always live on in my memories of very good times. Glad we were able to do some light aircraft flying down in the Missouri Area in the early 70's. You could easily have been an old Barnstormer !

Good old Pilots never Die; Their Spirits Fly on, Forever...

I have known Jeff since 1968 when Jeff helped me get my first flight instructor job. Jeff's dad Walt and my dad were both pilots with American Airlines and Jeff and I were both hired by American Airlines and were in initial training class together. Jeff was a lot of fun and a truly professional pilot. I have many great memories of him, he will be greatly missed by many people.
