He is preceded in death by his father Raymond, his mother Grace, his sisters Catherine and Myra, his brother Raymond, son John Jr., and daughter Susan. He was a loving husband and father.
John is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Lois Parker, and his son Michael of Arizona, and 6 grandchildren; Nichole, Beau, Domenic, Sydney, Jacob, and Claire. As well as 4 great grandchildren.
John was a meat department manager for the A+P Tea Company for 30 years. No formal funeral services will be held. One of his greatest achievements was being a member of Recovery Inc. for more than 50 years, and a leader for 12 of them.
