June Laverne Johnson died December 14, 2014 in Sun City, Arizona. She was born August 15, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois to Beatrice and Martin O. Larson. Raised in Chicago, she married Glen H. Johnson in 1946 and moved to Glenview, Illinois to raise her family, which included two boys, Donn and Dale. In 1984 she and Glen moved to Sun City. She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her sister, Joy. She is survived by sons Donn Johnson (Stephany Brown), Dale Johnson (Lisa), and grandchildren Scott Johnson, Ashley Mayo (Russ), Megan Johnson (Ian Markiewicz), Molly Brown, and Lily Brown. Burial will take place in Des Plaines, Illinois, outside Chicago.
