Lea McClure

Lea McClure, 74, of Sun City, Arizona passed away on March 7, 2015. She was born in Dixon, New Mexico on January 4, 1941 to Ramon and Elvira Martinez. She married Arthur R. McClure in 1976. They lived and worked in Los Alamos, New Mexico until they retired and moved to Arizona in 1985.

Lea was able to spend time on the crafts she loved: quilting, needlepoint, and embroidery. Many beautiful pieces she created became gifts for family and friends. She also enjoyed getting together with her sisters each year.

Lea will be missed by her daughter, Julianne and son-in-law Robert Loyd; sisters, Caroline Lovato, Josephine Stone, Hilda Roybal, and brothers Robert Martinez and Jose Martinez. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur in 2004; and brothers, Ramon Martinez and Ernesto Martinez.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Sunland Memorial Park Mortuary-Lakeside Chapel, 15826 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ 85351, with a reception following the service.
