Throughout her career in the title industry, Phyllis was admired for her professionalism, dedication, and integrity. Beyond her work, she was known for her joy and vigor for life, her generous spirit, and her unwavering love for her family.
She found happiness in simple and joyful pursuits — playing golf, relaxing by the pool (despite not being able to swim), traveling, and gathering friends and family for lively games and card nights. She was especially famous for her Christmas Eve celebrations, where everyone was welcome but also expected to sing Christmas carols. Her ability to host with warmth and laughter made those gatherings unforgettable traditions.
Private services to be held on September 4th. Her family will continue to honor her memory by living their lives with the same kindness, strength, and joy she brought to theirs.
