I went to school with Ray at sahuaro and cholla (if im remembering correctly) and was even his little girlfriend :) So sorry to hear he passed! He was always smiling and goofing off making everyone laugh during class! Rip!

10 years without you brother. 10 years and not a day goes by that I don’t think of you. I see you everyday. I see you in my dreams. I see you in the trees. I feel you in my music. Larry so sad to hear about raymond. He was a wonderful kid. I really enjoyed spending time with him. I remember when he was going to a concert and he had to wear his feet and i told him at least it would'nt hurt if someone stepped on his toes. He thought that was pretty funny.

Two of my sweetest memories of Raymond...right after he got sick and lost his legs Rachelle was born and when I mwas in the hospital he looked under the covers to make sure mine were still there!! one time I was having a really hard time and he said you can always talk to me about anything mom!! I miss you honey!!

Hello my love, wow a month without your phone call, I think we've gone 3 months without talking on the phone or texting, was the longest! But this is for ever, its hard knowing I can't reach out and touch you. This was the longest month of my life. I still can't believe your not here. What a hell of a nightmare! The worst yet. I keep thinking about all the stuff we were going to do,and places we were suppose to go. But it's all over and picking up these peaces is so hard. Omg! Ray, I'm having a hard time w/out you! This weekend was the hardest yet. I seen you going in the frige the other morning! I see your face clear as day talking to me like your still here! That saterday & monday are in my head & your face clear as day. I so having a hard time w/out you here w/ me. I surely can't live here any more& I dont have a way out any more! You always gave me that a way out, now I'm stuck and don't know what to do! I'm so lost, like a zombie walking though hell since its been 115 out here in the land of hell! Proudest moment...when he graduated high school after dropping out!!Funny moment..we went camping and Steve was snoring so loud I woke up and saw Raymond wide awake teeth chattering I think he was scared a bear was comming!!

Larry, Shelley, and the entire family I am deeply saddened to hear of the loss of such a beautiful young man. I will never forget Raymond: his smile, his wit, his intuitiveness, his compassion and sensitivity for others made him a  unique and most admirable person. Although the time Ray spent with our family was short he was never forgotten and his spirit will continue to live on as we remember and cherish the beautiful memories Ashley and Raymond shared. Larry and Shelley my heart goes out to you but know that you raised a young man who left an indelible impression on all those lives he touched. I wish you strength.

I remember the first time I met Raymond at Camp Tatiyee. He was the one with the hat backwards all the time. I was too shy to talk to him so I wrote him a note letting him know I liked him, he wrote back and that was the begining of summer love. I'm very thankful having memories to share of the guy that never knew how much I loved him.

Raymond was liked by everyone who knew him and loved by those who knew him best. He was a loving father, a loved son, an adored brother, and the best friend you could have. He would drop everything to help the ones he loved regardless if he wanted to or not. He had a bright and positive attitude he was selfless and careing and was always looking out for his friends and family, because of this people where drawn to Raymond he was someone you could trust and count on. He will be missed every day by so many.
Ray thanks for everything you will always be in our thoughts and in our hearts we love and miss you.

Raymond was the best brother I could have had, even if it was from another mother. All my memories of Ray involve loads of laughing, even if it was of him tripping rachelle, watching freddie krugar movies or just hanging out. He was the most influential part of my life through out high school and college and because of him I kept true to myself and learned what it was to have a brother. Ray- you are so missed and loved and there wont be a day when you are not thought of. My first year of teaching is dedicated in your memory!

I remember Raymond as a bright and happy little boy. It seems like in a blink of an eye he grew. I remember once when he was a young teen spending the night with Great Grandma Tillie I decided to come and visit. We watched a movie about a family dealing with change. Nearing the end of the movie, our eyes caught one another's, both of us struggling not to cry. The movie ends and we are hugging one another and crying, laughing until we cry again, and exchanging "I love you's." Moments pass, memories fade, but love endures.
