Bobby and Rhonda are such Beautiful, Wonderful gifts from you and I Cherish them more because they are from you.
I’m sure you watch them and are so Amazed of what great people they are.

It's a Jar rainy day, you love the rainy days, so we feel you are letting us know you are with us on these days.
Today you would be 60 and it hurts so much knowing how many days have gone by that you haven't shared with us. I wish we could see what you do in Heaven.
I wish you could let me know that you see how great Bobby and Rhonda are, I know you are so Proud of them.
Your golf tournament is March 5th this year, I told G it would make you happy, because you claimed all of Feb and 1/2 of March since you felt cheated on days.
Please tell my Dad and Mom hi for us, hug them tight and be sure they hug you just as tight! Jar even though you all understand what happened in that terrible year for us, we don't and can't.

I don't know if your birthday is more important or the day you went to Heaven is more important, but to us they both are, and they both hurt too much not being able to share or celebrate them with you.

Today you would be 59, but we were robbed of sharing this day with you 818 days ago, when you were taken from us.
I hope you are able to see how much we all miss you and remember everything about you, with only love.
Your friends are golfing in your memory for the 3rd time today, 3rd Annual Jar Open! We didn't know most of the people that are golfing before you left us, but they are all such Blessings from God for us now, they reminded us of the good in man, they all gave us hope and faith when we didn't have it anymore.
That little grandbaby you kept asking for will be here in May, but you know that, Bobby will 'fine tune' Baby Robert in golf for you, Rhonda will help watch over him.
I kept your Guest book open in case our Prayers are blurred (the tears always come with a heart that is broken) our words may be easier to understand.
Happy Birthday Precious Jar, and yes 'you are a little more spoiled than that'

Happy Father Day Jar, We do not know if in Heaven God allows you to look and see how much we are missing you, but maybe he does let you see how much we Love you and were so Blessed to share the time on this earth that we did have with you. Our second Fathers day without you today, my first without my Daddy also, very rough day that was once a very happy day, I still wake up and look at what Golf clothes I should be getting ready for you. You left a great legacy and because of that there will be so much sorrow knowing we will never share a new moment with you. As Bobby said, the hurt that started on Dec 2, 2013 has not stopped and it has not gotten easier, but believing the pain you were in stopped as soon as you left your body and joined God in Heaven, is what seems to help ease a little of the sorrow we go though, We hope you will be able to give us little signs that you are walking with us, and I know you are so proud of Bobby and Rhonda and what great humans they have remained. Hi Honey, today started as all the days have, so very sad and painful.
Friends you sent Happy Veterans Day wishes too, have started sending messages to me, for you.
Oh Jar, I hope Heaven is really as beautiful as they tell us it is, I know you are the most Beautiful Angel up there, and you must be playing guitar and singing with your Angelic voice, the most Beautiful voice ever heard! Bobby, Rhonda and I love your voice and wish so much you were singing to us again, Rhonda was the only one that stayed awake to hear all the songs with you, Bobby and I just thought it was an Angel's sound, and it was so soothing, and we fell asleep. When we were hurting your voice was our medicine, it stopped our pain and relaxed us, immediately, Thank You.
Will you ever be able to come and give us a message? Did the pain stop as soon as you were Greeted by God?

Dad,
I miss you. The pain that started in the hospital that day is still here. There is a huge void in my life that will never be the same again. I've tried everything to somehow get more from you. And even though that is no longer possible, I hang on to the hope that it is. I would give anything for one more hug, one more joke, one more smile, or just another conversation. I write to you a lot, hoping that you will read what I am saying to you. I think about you every few seconds, and hope that you can hear my thoughts. You gave me a lot to go off of when I need to know what you would have thought or said. You gave me so much and I just want to say thank you for everything. I know that I've said it in the past but I want you to know that I truly mean it. I miss the times that we had and am crushed about the times we planned in the future that we will never get. I wish I knew how to understand that you will never physically be a part of our lives again, but I don't. Everything about you is so fresh in our memories. Your advice, your humor, your voice echoes in my thoughts and dreams. I still close my eyes to have conversations with you, and when I open my eyes everything is blurry through the tears. I didn't lose a father, I didn't lose a best friend, I lost both. You had an idea of how much that you meant to me while you were here, but you could never imagine how much more you truly mean to me or how much I love and admire you. I got your back here, and will always take care of Rhonda and Mom. If the rules don't allow you to come back, and all we are left with are dreams and memories, you gave us a ton of great memories and I am so grateful for that. You had a great life and have a lot of people that love you. I am so sorry that you were robbed of the rest of a beautiful life. I know that I will see you again and we will catch up where we left off. But until then, I miss you and I love you Dad.

Remembering so many things today on your birthday. It seems like we all grew up together, and losing you this early still doesn't seem impossible. I'm so glad the years you had were good, you were smart enough to marry the absolutely right person and the two of you created a wonderful family. Miss you, see you the next go round!  Karen

Hi Dad..."pops".  No one knows what happens after this, but I hope that you are no longer in pain and that you are not sad or scared.  I miss you so much and it's not fair how you were taken from us so suddenly.  It feels like forever since you've been gone and it's almost been 2 months. Tomorrow will be 2 months since I last saw you alive and well and walking me to my car to make sure I'd be safe. You were always looking out for me. It's hard to live life normally anymore.
