Ruth J. Hoppe, 71, passed away April 5, 2011 in Glendale, AZ. She was born in Tennessee but moved to Arizona as a child. Ruth spent 25 years working for the State of Arizona. Currently she was working as a Realtor with Prudential Arizona Properties. Ruth is preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Johnson. She is survived by her beloved husband of 16 years, Dennis Hoppe; son, Robert Johnson; siblings, Dewayne Wright, James Wright, Esther Adams and Lois Trujillo. Visitation will be held from 12PM-3:30PM on Wednesday April 13, 2011 at Sunland Mortuary, 15826 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ followed by a Memorial service at 5PM at Christ Church of the Valley, 7007 W. Happy Valley Rd., Peoria, AZ. Ruth will always be remembered as loving wife and mother and a very outgoing person, who loved animals and showed great care and kindness to all that she met.
