Tim, I never met your mom and only know her through your stories, but she had to be so special to have had and raised such a special family.  I have no doubt that you gave her much joy and pride throughout her well-lived life. Sincere condolences to you, Faye, Basie, Lily, and Barb.

    Shoshana, Douglas, and their father are saddened by the death of your beloved mom.  When she was born no shot had yet been fired in the Great War, and Louis Armstrong had yet to become a bar mitzvah.  Perhaps the sweetest revolution of her century: the creativity of her children.  You each amazed her, and her spirited endurance inspired you.

We were there with you from Raymere Avenue to Storyland Estates to West Deal to the Sea Virge, from the classrooms of Wanamassa School and Ocean Township School to the fields of Colt to the offices of Masser-Silver and Travel Concepts, you were my  "Emergency Contact" if they couldn't locate my Mom, you were my sanctuary in school if I ever had a problem, and you even planned out my honeymoon! Thanks for always being there for me and Paul, for my Mom and Dad, and for Nancy and the kids! I'd like to think that right now, you and Mr. Hauser are up there playing Bridge with my parents, Lil and Joe. In the Uslan family, you have achieved immortality for being the wonderful, caring, loving neighbor and friend you always were.

My sincere condolences to you and your family for your loss.  I saw the YouTube video of the two of you singing together…so precious.  It gave me a glimpse into the kind of sweet loving relationship you both had.  I can only imagine the stories she had to tell.  What a life!

Terry was never wishy washy on anything.  Strong and determined yet soft spots in her heart and wanting only the very best for those she cared about.  Terry loved a good story, and had a mind that was very sharp up to her final days.  She had two very creative and inspired children that grew up to create wonderful music and art.  I know how proud she was of them.  She spoke warmly of her grandchildren, always asking about them first in every phone conversation we ever had.  It was a privilege to know such a woman who has experienced so much, lived through a century of experiences and has clear directives on how she felt on important issues.  I will miss our phone calls and visits... but most of all I will miss the sound of her laughter.  Thank you Terry for raising such a kind, loving man that I adore.  My family sends condolences to the whole family.  Hugs and kisses (as she always said at the end of each phone call) Barb Sennet Hauser, her daughter in law.

Tim,
Your mother was always gracious and patient, just a nice lady. I remember her at the school working with my Aunt, Virginia Young. She lived a good, long life. Recall the good times.
