of Peoria, Arizona previously of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at the age of 81. Thomas was a graduate of both Loyola Academy and Loyola University in Chicago. He worked at IBM for 27 years as a System’s Analyst until he retired in 1987 at age 53. In 1995 Thomas and his wife, Anne moved to Sun City West, AZ and enjoyed 19 years of bowling, golfing, bocce ball, mini golf, card playing, outdoor grilling, and time with family and friends. In 2014 Thomas and Anne moved to an independent living apartment complex in Peoria, AZ where they took full advantage of the activities and amenities offered such as house cleaning, laundry service, dining service, workout facilities, on-site entertainment, BINGO, etc. Thomas’ death was preceded by those of his father James, mother Esther, sister Barbara, sister Evelyn, and brother Bud. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Anne, daughter Sally Anne, sister Mary, cousin Joan, and many nieces and nephews.
