Bill honorably served his country in the US Navy during WWII serving on the USS Oklahoma City in the Pacific. He worked as an Architectural Engineer for several companies and retired with the Federal Government in Construction Analysis.
Bill and his wife retired to Sun City, 19 years ago. He was a member of the West Valley Shrine Club, Unity of Surprise church and the Masons in New York.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Ruth M. Lord and sons, William M. Lord and his wife Pamela and Thomas H. Lord.
