

Carolyn was born April 16, 1937 in Wellington, Texas to Wade and Roxie Hedgecock. She attended Porter community school, graduating in 1955. Carolyn was a long time member of First Baptist Church of San Jon, New Mexico.
Shortly after graduating from high school, she was married to Raymond Liles, and together they formed a strong Christian home, raised a family, and operated a successful farming operation in the Porter, New Mexico community for many years.
Carolyn was well known for her excellent homemaking abilities. Anyone who spent time in the family home quickly became aware that Carolyn belonged in the Kirby vacuum cleaner hall of fame.
She was completely and fiercely dedicated to her family, and they were always at the top of her priority list. She also had a heart for others who were in need. She frequently lent a helping hand in a quiet and discreet manner.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Wade and Roxie Hedgecock, husband Raymond Liles, daughter Vicki Dorgelo, and brothers Don and Charles Hedgecock.
She is survived by son Wayne (Linda) Liles, sister Donna Kay Jackson, grandchildren Landon (Julie) Liles, Adrienne (John) Ray, Dominic (Emily) Missildine, Alexxa Missildine, and 7 great grandchildren.
