Charles Ultes Wallace Jr. was born in Springfield, Ohio to Charles and Estelle (Adams) Wallace Sr. on August 7, 1939. He served in the National Guard. He was a self employeed air conditioning repairman. Charles is survived by his son, Douglas (Kelley) Wallace, Grandchildren Bradley Wallace, Jason and Corey Madera and Austin Wallace. He is also survived by his brother Frank Wallace and sister Dottie Wagner. He was preceeded in death by Daughter Dianne Madera (Jerry) and son Stephen Wallace (Tracey). A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday October 12, 2014 at 11:00am at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 West Bell Road, Surprise, Arizona 85374.
