David Franklin Heffron

He was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. David enjoyed coaching all the sports, with football being his greatest passion. He graduated from Thunderbird high school in 2000. Worked as mental health case manager for the past decade. He was actively involved as the vice president of the PTO for Sunset Hills. He attended church at The Gathering. David loved his kids and family more than anything.

David is preceded in death by grandpa and grandma Heffron, grandma and grandpa Troka, Grandpa Bruhn, and Christine Chacon.

David is survived by his wife Kelly, children Rylee, Gage, Landen, and Colten. His parents Barbara, Craig, and stepmother Debbie. His brother Mike, sister in law Shanna, nephews Braydon and Bentley. His cousins Chelsea, Scott, Preston and Ian.

Dave "Johnson" loved to be as, "High as God!" He would fly like an airplane, and puked during a couple's engagement moment at the Surprise pond. He made everyone laugh, cry, and enjoy living life. He was the life of the party, doing goofy things like getting in a cooler of ice water on a dare to prove he was "The man."

Dave's family would like to thank the families, friends, and coaches for the care and compassion they have shown our family in the past few weeks.

Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing/funeral held on, Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Gathering Loft, 13437 N Litchfield Rd, Surprise, AZ 85379.

The Celebration of Life will be held on, Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 3:00 pm to whenever you want to stop the party! This event will be held at the Heff's House with details to follow. We will have the Suga Sean O'Malley MMA fight playing in Dave's honor.
