Donna Jane Tiede

Donna Jane Tiede of Surprise, Arizona passed away peacefully March 28, 2024 at the age of 88 with her family at her side. She was born on June 7, 1935 in Parkston, South Dakota to Alvin D. and Mary J. Claussen. Donna grew up in Mitchell, South Dakota and graduated from Mitchell High School in 1953. She was a wonderful loving wife and a great homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Mary Claussen, her siblings, Darlene Frank and Arthur Claussen, and former husband Donald W. Brown. Husband, Roy J Tiede’s children who have preceded Donna in death Sheryl Wyly and Susan Tiede.

Donna is survived by her husband, Roy J. Tiede, her children, Debi Binger and husband James Binger of Surprise Arizona, David Brown and Douglas Brown of Phoenix, Arizona. Roy’s children, Gary Tiede from Longmont, Colorado, Sandra Beal, and her husband Barry Beal from Denver, Colorado. Grandchildren Jana Barnes, Gavin Robertson and Kimberly Brown. Donna is also survived by 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Lois Town of Globe, Arizona, Lloyd and wife Janice Claussen of Mitchell, South Dakota.

Services will be held at Surprise Funeral Care on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 12 pm, visitation from 12pm to 3pm. 16063 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, Arizona 85374

Celebration of Life and final burial will be held in Mitchell, South Dakota at a later date.
