Elizabeth “Pat” Harwood-Klitzka, 76, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on November 18, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband, Glenn Klitzka, children, Vicki (Lonnie) Guthrie, Don (Dawn) Harwood and Susan (Wayne) Vargo, grandchildren, Karl, Allen, Tara, Brian, Sarah and Megan and great granddaughter, Lea. She is also survived by her step-children, Susan (Mike) South, Crystal (Charles) Westphal and Curtis Scott (Darlene) Klitzka and step-grandchild, Amanda. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard “Dick” Harwood, parents, Carl and Edna Hayworth and brother, C.J. Hayworth.
