We have been the Canadian neighbors to Hal and Virginia since 2003.  We always enjoyed our visits and found Hal to be a gentle and humble fellow who deeply loved his family and spoke proudly of each one.  We too will miss you.  May the Lord comfort you all!

I LOVE YOU more than you ever knew. You were the very best Grandfather that a girl could ever ask for. You gave me your unconditional love and a consistent acceptance all of my life. I thank you with all my heart and may you rest in peace, my dear Grandpa. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxox just like you always put on all the cards that you sent filled with lot of love.

We had the pleasure of meeting your Grandpa several years ago.  Today he is "absent from the body but present with the Lord."  Take comfort in the fact that he is at peace and you will see him again.  Love and blessings to all!

I have known the Schlobohm's since 1969 and have always felt like a member of their family.  Even though I have been "divorced" from the family, "our" son Brandon will never forget what a wonderful grandfather he had.  It was important to Hal to attendend every family achievement and milestone that he could to make each family member feel important and and proud to be a part of the Schlobohm legacy.  We will deeply miss him.
