John R. D’Agnese, 65, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on January 7, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Attilio and Lucy D’Agnese. He is survived by his wife, Barbara D’Agnese, sons, John (Gina) D’Agnese and David (Elizabeth) D’Agnese, grandson, Salvatore D’Agnese and brother, Sal (Audrey) Civello. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at 1:00 P.M. until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:00 P.M. at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Road, Surprise, AZ 85374.
