Phyllis was truly the role model of an independent woman. The best mother, Bubbie, Great Bubbie, and mother-in-law. She was engaging, funny, caring, and had a positive life-affirming attitude until her final days.
She took an interest in people, asking many questions, while supportive of their answers. She had a strong work ethic and an interest in finance. Her belief in herself was evident as she maintained her youthful appearance and established financial independence. She was the best "MuM" a daughter could have and will be missed in the physical world. However, her voice remains in my mind as a helpful guide in the "game of life." Thanks, mom!
Your loving daughter, DrD. (alias Denisey-Pie).
Survived by her daughter, Dr Denise Silbert and her son-in-law Larry Ford, son Cary Silbert, her grandson Brenton Ford, his wife Amanda Ford, and her great-granddaughter Kate Ford.
