Thomas Milton Spencer, 81, of La Conner, Washington, died Sunday, January 22nd. He leaves his wife, Linda, daughters, Debbie Matthews and Tami Finley, as well as five grandchildren. He graduated from Bellevue High School, attended the University of Washington and was an avid hunter and fisherman in Hawaii and Washington.
