Alykhan was a warm, loving person who brighten the room with his smile. I am going to miss our chats in khane.  We pray that you keep smiling up there and pray that your soul rests in eternal peace.  Will miss you!!!!

My husband Binay and I are deeply sorry to hear the news of Alykhanbhai's demise. Firoz, we send our sincere condolences to you and your family. 
It is very hard for me to accept that he is gone. He was one of the most kind person that I have come across in my life and you were a true consort of his.I met him through India Music Society. I admired the way he promoted Indian classical music. I have learnt a lot from him.
He also had high regards for education. In my late 40s when I went back to university to do my Masters his encouraging words lifted my spirit. In many occasions he expressed how he wished that he had the chance to go for higher studies.
Alykhanbhai, I am fortunate have met you. I will cherish the memories of our interactions for as long as I live. I will also follow the things that I have learnt 
from you when I will organize musical events. You will live forever in our thoughts and hearts. I will miss you terribly when I will go to a classical concerts. 
May your soul rest in eternal peace.
