Though I am not very good with my words I would like to express that I am going to miss the time I used to spend with Grandpa very much.

Sorry to hear of Uncle Armand's passing.  Our sincere sympathy and prayers to you, Claude, and your brothers and sister.

I've had the good fortune to travel the world, and live in different parts of Canada.  One of the great pleasures in particular was when family was involved or could be visited in these travels.  I moved to the other side of Canada in 1993, from New Brunswick to British Columbia, and there met family from my father's side that I could now enjoy company with and have been able to over the years.  Thanks Armand (and Claire, I was unable to leave a similar message for her) for receiving me, feeding me delicious meals and making family memories for me on the west coast, with more to come through the family you created and leave behind.

Dad,  I remember the first day I called your house  and asked for Syl,  you teased me.....no ,  no Syl here   and I hear Syl in the background saying,  give me that phone.....well,  26 years later  and I am still here.   I want to say Thank you for making Syl the man he is.   I hope you are enjoying eternal peace with Mom,  give her a big hug for us.   we love you dad  and will miss you dearly

Dad, although I did not spend near as much time as I should have, the time we did share was very special to me. You will be missed, and forever in my heart along with mom. I am glad the last few months, I spent more time with you and we shared emotions together. I will always remember the last beer we had together. :)   Thank you for making me the man I am today.

Je me souviens quand Armand et Claire venaient nous voir chez ma mre Jeanne et mon pre Ernest, au dbut  Mont-Joli et aprs  Rimouski, car Armand venait rendre visite  sa mre Eugnie,ma grand-mre qui habitait avec notre famille. I still remember when the Hudon's used to come to the Tremblay house for a few games of cards. Men against women...ours mom's laughing, the men are making excuses as to why thay are losing. Returning to Canada the four continued to be friends and enjoyed talking about their military adventures. Oh yes, and the card games continued!

The last time I spoke with my oncle on the phone a few years ago during my visit with Lorraine in Toronto.  He asked how la petite Louise was? I still felt like he was my uncle not a family friend.

Dad, you never once said I love you, you never once hugged me, and you often told me you could not demonstrate your love, but I felt your love in the way everyone else said you spoke of me often, in the way you waited hours on the front patio for my arrivals to visit you, from the smile on your face when we spent hours on the shores of White Rock.  I knew you loved me and what began as a duty for me became my act of love.  I won't miss watching endless hours of the weather channel or hockey games, on mute, but I will miss the wonderful talks we had about reminiscing of your childhood days and you did teach me an important lesson in the end is to be content with one's lot in life. Say hello to mom, may you find eternal happiness together.  XXOO
