Our beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away July 14, 2024 at Royal Colombian Hospital in New Westminster. Predeceased by her loving parents William and Mary Brown; aunt Molly Konkin. Survived by her children Dawn Bowie (Mike) and Gregory Cuthbert (Eva); grandchildren Nadia White (Shayne), Ella Bowie, Rhys Bowie and Phillip Cuthbert Khustavino; brother Dennis Brown (Barb) and sister Maureen Brown.
Beverly loved to be ‘out and about’. She was an active member of her church serving on various committees, she volunteered throughout her life, including at her children’s school as PAC President and at work for the United Way. Shopping was her hobby and she loved finding a ‘good deal’. She was an avid reader and could be found up reading well into the wee hours of the morning. She was a fabulous cook, making sure there was plenty for all to enjoy. She travelled many parts of the world, mostly with family. Her preferred mode of travel was cruising. Above all else, she loved her family. Not just her children and grandchildren but her brother, sister and cousins meant the world to her. We all will miss her humour, her laughter, her generosity, her kindness, and her love.
