Clarista Almena Hartley

Survived by her husband, Antonio Fitzroy Hartley (Roy), daughters: Fleur (Dolly), Sonia, Herma and Alma (twins) Merle, Sons: Cliff and Shaun, 17 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024 from 9am to 10am at First Memorial Funeral Services, Fraser Heights Chapel, 14835 Fraser Highway, Surrey, BC V3R3N6.

A funeral service for Clarista will be held Friday, June 28, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at First Memorial Funeral Services, Fraser Heights Chapel, 14835 Fraser Highway, Surrey, BC V3R3N6.

Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Maple Ridge Cemetery, 21404 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 3G5.

When I am gone, release me, let me go,

I have so many things to see and do,

You must not tie yourself to me in tears,

Be happy that we had so many years.

I gave to you my love, you can only guess,

How much you gave to me in happiness,

I thank you for the love you each have shown,

But now it’s time i travelled on alone.

So grieve awhile for me if grieve you must,

Then let your grief be comforted by trust,

Its only for a while that we must part,

So bless the memories within your heart.

I won’t be far away, for life goes on,

So if you need me, call and i will come,

Though you can’t see or touch me, I will be near;

And then when you must come this way alone,
