My deepest sympathy to the family and friends for their loss. May his legacy live on forever through talents and generations forevermore.

I didn't know him personally, only as a customer who gave me my first tattoo, and he was so good about it.  I treasure that tattoo since day one, and to this day, I still treasure his artwork. Spreading his name from one tattoo artist to another. 

May he rest in peace now and live on in our hearts and minds.

Dave did my tattoo in 1976 at Ace. Over 30 years later it still looks great. He would use a stencil as a rough guide but just basically free handed most of his work. He was a true artist indeed. Just a real cool cat. Sadly I always wanted him to add to my existing work but just never got around to it. My loss. Dave will be greatly missed by whoever met him.  Cheers!

I was sorry to hear of Dave's passing.  My deepest sympathies to family and friends.  I went to high school  with Dave and then we both took a Sign Writing  course together.  I bought my first motorcycle off of him (500cc AJS) and we both bought brand new Triumph Bonneville's in 1963.  Dave was a character, and fun to hang out with.  He was very artistic and creative and was always willing to share his knowledge. I know he will be missed.

Dave Shore will always be remembered as one of our favorite elders and good friend, who paved the way for so many of us in the Tattoo world... We will truly miss him. Our sincere and deepest condolences, our warmest and most comforting thoughts go out to Gemma and family. You will always hold a special place in our hearts. All our Love, Tautu & Tepua (Tahiti).

A wonderful brother-inlaw, uncle & great uncle to his family. A talent in his own right always striving to be better at his craft. Great husband to Gem(his dutch girl)as he would fondly say. We'll all love and miss you.
