My condolences to the family. I have very fond memories of Jack and am appreciative of his wisdom over the years.

As an articled student, I met Jack in Prince George in 1982 and spent many hours learning at the Land Title Office. Shortly after Jack moved to the lower mainland, I relocated to Vancouver and conducted business at his office until his retirement.

Jack would often share stories with me over lunch and as a consequence introduced me some very interesting french cuisine and restaurants. I certainly enjoyed the company and Jack certainly enjoyed the cuisine.

Jack, I am sure that you remain smiling.
