Francis Barrett

Frank was born in Blyth, Northumberland, England on April 4, 1924. He was predeceased by his much loved wife Patricia Barrett (Harvey).

He will be lovingly remembered and missed by his daughters Susan (Ian) and Joan (Ivan). Also by his grandchildren Lisa, David (Irene), Dennis (Crystal), and Kristy (Gary) and also by his great grandchildren Danielle (Chase) Evan (Holly) Braeden, Amy, Natasha, Jacob and Grace.

Frank lived a full and at times adventures life. He played golf into his 90’s with his long time friends Ken and Irene Barron and supported Newcastle United Football team. He truly enjoyed his time living at Suncrest Retirement Community, taking part in the outings, trying his hand at painting and especially the sing-along’s.

Owing to the restrictions of COVID 19 there will be no formal memorial service. Please raise a glass and remember him with laughter and smiles.
