“Freddy” passed away peacefully at Peace Arch Hospital August 19, 2012. Freddy was born in Lacombe, Alberta on November 15, 1945. He spent his youth growing up in the Kootenays. He moved to White Rock during the early 60’s, and worked in the logging industry, BC Ferries and construction. Loved by many, Freddy was predeceased by his mother “Dolly” in 1992. He will be sadly missed by Jody and family as well as aunts, many cousins and friends. No service, private family arrangements. Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness.
