The Kotsovos family have been part of my life since 1983, now over 35 years! I want to thank my friend Tasia for introducing me to her beautiful family all those years ago. Years of memories, including living with the family in North Vancouver in 1986 when there were no apartments to be found because of Expo.
So many memories made at the Oliver Twist Pub and we all always felt welcome.
Years and years of so much food and when my family left for Ottawa in 2012 no one hesitated in making me feel even more welcome and part of the family.
Every Easter, Thanksgiving and even Christmas, I will forever be grateful!
Words cannot express how truly Mr.Kotsovos will be missed! Lamb cooking over the spit will never be the same.
May he rest in peace until we all meet again.
God Bless.

George and Frosso have been my neighbours for the last 8 years. I couldn't ask for better ones. Some of my favorite memories were George playing his Greek music outside, all day during the spring and summer days and occasionally singing along with the music.
One Easter, I could smell some meat cooking and then heard George call me over to look at the lamb he was cooking on the spit. He offered me a little piece and it was delicious.
One day George came over to help me trim my fig tree. We had only started when Frosso came over, grabbed the pruners and took over. George and I were put in our place . We smiled at eachother as we watched Frosso do the job!
I will miss George - his smiling face and the care he showed for me as a neighbour. Rest in peace my friend.
