Lorna Margaret Watkins

Died: December 25, 2021 Tsawwassen BC

Lorna’s family sadly announces the peaceful passing of our loving mom & gram(s) after a sudden illness.

Predeceased by her husband Larry (Lawrence) Watkins May 13, 2014 she is survived by her 3 children,

Laurie Reiffer (Allen), Will Watkins (Barbara) and Lyle Watkins (Karen), along with her much loved “Bugs”,

7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren plus 2 more on the way - already much loved!

Lorna had a full life circling around her home and family. Never one to be idle she filled the house with canning, baking bread, sewing, crocheting, beading, jewel trees, playing Yahtzee, crib or solitary and always learning something new! Lorna was a voracious reader she could also still add faster than a calculator!

Once the ”kids” left home, Lorna and Larry spent more than 25 years travelling in their motor home and taking cruises around the world. Having spent the majority of her life in Surrey she moved to Waterford Residences in Tsawwassen for the last 5 years where she quickly became known for her thoughtful kindness and bright positive spirit.

Mom will be dearly missed but remains in our hearts and memories. May Her Memory be a Blessing.

Mom has requested that there be no service. If desired, donations in lieu of flowers may be made in Lorna’s name to either SALVATION ARMY or a CHARITY of your choice
