Lottie “Diane” McLeod, 90 of South Surrey, BC passed away peacefully January 1st, 2019 with 2 last peaceful breaths.

Born in Vancouver, BC on May 27 1928, she is predeceased by her parents Rex and Lottie Cameron, Brother Rex Cameron Jr, and her husband of 50 years, Raymond McLeod. Diane graduated from High School in Ontario with honours, before attending UBC. While at UBC she became a member of Alpha Gamma Sorority and graduated with a BA. She went on to work with Dairyland as a Laboratory Researcher and later worked with Statistics Canada, until her 3 children graduated from high school. Family and friends were Diane’s passion and delight, as was travelling. Diane, her husband and family were fortunate to travel extensively throughout the world. Their favorite family stop was Barbados, WI. Diane loved cooking for family Sunday dinners where time was spent making precious memories for all. She loved spending time outdoors, especially in her beautiful garden. Diane’s family spent summers at their cabin at Otter Lake having good laughs and fun times with friends and extended family. Diane is survived by her sons Cameron and his wife Launie, Christopher and his wife Kelly and daughter Shelley and her husband Brad. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Megan and husband Tim, Matthew, Cameron, Courtney, Christine, and Stuart.

A funeral service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday January 5, 2019 at 10:00 am at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 28th Avenue, Surrey, B.C.
