It is with broken hearts and great sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved, Norman. His adoring and loving family were with him every step of the way during his courageous battle with cancer. He was a wonderful Husband, Father and Grandfather, with a warm heart and caring nature. He travelled through life with a very positive attitude always finding the best in everything and everyone. He will be remembered "Forever and Always," by his loving wife Wendy, of 54 years, his daughter, Shelley (Andrew), his son Steven (partner, Trish) and his grandchildren, Tyler, Aprilynne, Amberley Haqq, Cole & Christina Edgar. His brother, Doug (Sandy) Edgar and sister-in-law, Sharon (Ted) Kardera, by his nieces and nephews and his many great friends. Norm loved the game of golf and was a member of the Vancouver Golf Club for many years. He also enjoyed the golf in Maui for 5 months of the year for the past 22 years. He loved to read (a passion shared with his daughter), play cards, walk, swim, and was a true sports enthusiast. We want to thank Irene Thomas Hospice for their very special care and kindness that was so appreciated. There will be a private family celebration of Norm's life held on August 30, 2017.
