On February 1, 2018, Stacey Anne Charters, 63, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Stacey was born March 30, 1954 in Vancouver, B.C. and was the middle child of Bob Shaw and Daphne McLean. She grew up in Deep Cove with brothers Glen and Ian. Stacey married William “Bill” Charters in Deep Cove on September 8, 1978. Bill and Stacey had two children, Erin and Brent and they raised their family in Fort Langley. Stacey enjoyed traveling, playing card games with family and was a talented florist. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Stacey was preceded in death by her father Bob, in 2009 and husband Bill Charters in 2010. She is survived by her mother Daphne, brothers Glen (Sandy) and Ian (Kaye), son Brent (Marina), daughter Erin Schulte (Taylor) and granddaughter Reagan, as well as nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at Victory Memorial Park 14831 28th Avenue, Surrey, BC V4P 1P3 on February 16, 2018 at 11:00 am.
