I knew a Theresa Bull-- we used to chat online a lot and we really became friends back in the days of MSN messenger. 
I always wondered what happened to her, and I see unfortunately that she has passed away. I know not for sure this is the right Theresa Bull, but the age and location seems to be about right. You deserved better.
