Our beloved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece and friend passed away August 6, 2026 in Vancouver. A heart so big… the first to give a compliment, a smile or support, it will be her warmth, kindness & generosity of spirit, and dedicated faith that will forever define her.
Tiana will be remembered cruising Kerrisdale in the 80’s in her white Mustang convertible. Graduating from Magee high school, she then attended University of Victoria, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Tiana grew up enjoying Thormanby Island which marked countless fun summers of sand & sea, reading Archie Comics by flashlight at night, magazines by day while tanning to AM Radio, buying treats at Secret Cove, boat trips, fishing at Epsom Point.
Home to such valued memories -- Tiana appreciated the quiet beauty and once lived there year-round.
Her childhood highlights include flying low along the coastline of BC in our Dad’s SeaBee chasing Orcas & ‘buzzing’ friends at Buccaneer Bay. Time with family & friends; her glory days.
After graduating University Tiana enjoyed her career as a flight attendant traveling to Scotland, London and Paris. She also enjoyed working in the restaurant industry and eventually retail, including ‘On The Go’ in Kerrisdale where she loved connecting with her customers.
Tiana always built up the people around her. Her warmth and friendship reached everyone she was close to. She had a deep love & appreciation for her family, nieces & especially, her neighbours.
Through the incredible work of Coast Mental Health, Tiana had the amazing opportunity to live in a supportive community whereby her neighbours became her best friends & continuous guiding lights --Mitch, Tricia and Naveen were ‘Blessings she is forever grateful for’.
Tiana is survived by her mother Verna, sisters Karla and Ilana, nieces Jordan, Lauren, Elsa and Elina, brother's in law Gary and Kent. She is predeceased by her father Ted and now stands alongside him in eternal peace and love.
Tiana’s soul is free - her bright smiling eyes & face shining down with happiness. Forever in our hearts. She is missed every single day.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Coast Mental Health greatly appreciated.
