Tracy was born March 08 1964 in Manchester, England to her parents Norma and Michael Kenny and her elder sister Collete.
In 1989, she married Kevin Dowdall and established their home in London, England before welcoming first and only son Jaz Kenny-Dowdall in 1990.
Together, all 3 travelled through Ireland and North America before settling in Barrie, Ontario, Canada in 2005. As a mature student, she attended Georgian College, Barrie and completed the registered practical nursing program, graduating on the Dean's List.
Tracy worked as a nurse at multiple retirement and long-term care residences in Ontario and British Columbia, and was a positive influence on everyone she worked with.
Tracy's main focus was her family, and her interests Included a love of film. She devoted much of her time to encouraging her family members, and supporting the household.
Tracy is survived by her husband Kevin; son, Jaz (Maria); her sister Colette (Michael); and her father Michael.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma.
