Our dear mother passed away peacefully surrounded family.
We will miss her lovely smile and the twinkle in her beautiful blue eyes and her ever eager arms for a warm hug.
Vi was born and raised in Piapot Sask. and as an adult Vi moved to Calgary where she raised her 3 children then spent the last 22 years living in Surrey. Vi was predeceased by her parents William & Janet McGillivray, 6 brothers and 3 sisters and her loving husband Harold Edward (Pat) Patterson. Vi is survived by her 3 children Guy, Garry (RuthAnne), Gail (Gary Grelish) many grandchildren and great grandchildren, 2 sisters Eileen Waldren and Jean Johnson, sisters-in-law Verna McGillivray & Joan Fedora and many nieces and nephews. Vi was a loving mom, grandma, great grandma, sister, auntie and friend to many. The family will be holding a Celebration of Life Service will be held at Victory Memorial Park Fuenral Centre, 14831 28th Ave Surrey on Wednesday Sept 14 2016 at 2 pm.
