Neil A. Davis

Neil A. Davis, age 44, of Swansea, passed away unexpectedly Monday, September 9, 2024 at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, he was the son of Carol (Peloquin) Davis of Swansea and Donald Davis and his wife Patricia of Dunbarton, NH.

A graduate of Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School, Class of 1997, he attended the former International Culinary Institute in Fall River and was currently enrolled in electrical school. He worked as an installer for Sun Watt Solar Company in Pawtucket and prior to that, in the maintenance department at Roger Williams Park Zoo.

Hardworking and quite handy, he enjoyed doing projects around the house. He enjoyed playing in a golf league at Hidden Hollow Country Club in Rehoboth with his brother and buddies on Fridays which was always followed by a cold Miller Lite and a game of Keno at his favorite place—The Gridiron Sports Bar. He also enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and playing cards.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one son, Kage Davis; one daughter, Hannah Davis; one brother, Ryan Davis and his girlfriend Michelle Miranda all of Swansea; step brother, Nathan Lambert and his wife Jelena of Manchester, NH and nieces and nephews, Madison Davis, Mia Simoes, Mara Lambert and Tre Bryan. He was the brother of the late Angela Davis and grandson of the late Charles and Doris Davis.

His Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 from 3:00 to 6:00PM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Birchcrest, 189 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea, followed by his Celebration of Life at 6:00PM in the Funeral Home.
