Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Paul D. and Carol (Cote) Gonsalves, she spent most of her life in Westport before moving to Somerset. Paula was a graduate of Westport High School, class of 1981 and a clerk in the retail industry for many years.
She enjoyed crafting, decorating her home, traveling to New Hampshire, the beach, animals and especially spending time with her late niece Rylee O’Connor.
She is survived by her two sisters, Sharon O’Connor and her husband Brett of Swansea, and Karen Vallee of Fall River; her long-time friend David Paquette of Fall River and her cat Big Boy.
