Joseph B Walsh

We regret to announce the unexpected passing of Joseph Bernard Walsh, age 71, at his residence on December 24, 2019. Born in Sydney Mines to the late James and Ada (McGuigan) Walsh, Joe would often go for excursions to Robins for coffee. He is survived by his daughter Rose Mary; several grandchildren, as well as a sister in Newfoundland, and his close friends Harold and Bernadette Schofield. Funeral Service will be held at 2p.m. on Wed at Holy Family Church with Fr. Jim Oliver officiating. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery will take place in the spring.
